I have been working with Cauã on UPSC ZONE AI. He built and shipped our Android app to the Play Store and contributed to our website. What I value most is that he looks for problems nobody asked him to look at. He went through our Search Console data and mapped the pages we had lost in a site migration to their new addresses, so we could recover the rankings instead of starting again. He also built us a tool that checks both of our sites every day and reports only what changed since the day before. He is straight with me. When something is not technically possible he says so and shows me the documentation, instead of agreeing and disappointing me later. That is rare and it saves time. I would happily work with him again.
